Donna Conroy, CEO and Founder of SciMar ONE 

Donna brings over 25 years of experience in strategic drug development, both as a Fortune 500 pharma executive and an entrepreneur. Her career transitioned from microbiology to leading sales and marketing at Schering-Plough, where she developed a $1.2B business. As a consultant, she leveraged clinical data for pharma clients, spotting inefficiencies in drug development that led to her pioneering Development Velocity™(DV™) to streamline R&D. Donna's leadership has earned her recognition as one of NJ’s Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs, and under her guidance, SciMar was accepted into prestigious programs like the Merck Digital Science Studio 2023 cohort and Microsoft for Startups. A graduate of Microsoft’s Women in Cloud Accelerator, she's celebrated among the Top 10 Most Successful Women in Cloud Entrepreneurs. Donna holds a BS in Biology, minoring in Chemistry, and an MS in Microbiology. 

Vince Traylor, Director of Sales & Partnerships at NuraLogix

Vince is a seasoned business development leader specializing in AI in healthcare and mobile technology. At NuraLogix, he serves as the Director of Sales and Partnerships for the US, promoting an AI Cloud service that assesses vital signs and health risks through a 30-second selfie video, providing over 30 medical-grade health measures. Previously, he contributed to the growth of NeuTigers, a Princeton University spinout offering a smartwatch solution for detecting diabetes, sickle cell disease, and mental health changes. Vince also has experience at Nielsen and comScore, where he helped Mobile Handset manufacturers understand market landscapes for product development. A committed lifelong learner and Ohio State alumnus, Vince is passionate about creating impactful solutions and resides in Princeton.

Kayla Rivera-Hoskinson, CEO and Founder of Aimor

Kayla founded Aimor, a San Francisco-based startup leveraging AI to foster empathic and compassionate communication. Aimor acts as a personal coach and conversation facilitator, aiming to enhance relationship dynamics through various therapeutic modalities. Since its inception in September 2023, Aimor has introduced an individual chatbot designed to explore personal thoughts, needs, problems, and desires, either individually or with a partner. Before embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, Kayla was involved in leadership and coordination roles at Dartmouth College, including the Rockefeller Business and Entrepreneurial Leaders Dinner Discussion Group and the International Business Council. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Government from Dartmouth College.
